The project at 2175 Benvoulin Road will house seniors and other demographics, in partnership with the National Society of Hope. The Lot C Residence planned to be a 9-storey multi-unit residential building (122 units total) on top of an underground parkade. This will be the first high-rise CLT structure in Kelowna, which also intended to achieve higher energy efficiency: i.e. BC Energy Step Code, Step 3 energy efficiency target. The energy model was simulated using IES-VE for compliance with Step Code – Step 3.
