ROV provided structural engineering for this new rental apartment building in Kelowna, BC. The project consists of a 2-storey concrete parkade podium with 5-storeys of light-frame timber apartments above. Flanking the parkade podium are several multi-level hybrid steel-frame and light-frame timber townhouses. The project features numerous amenities including a private gym and common amenity rooms on each level. ROV expertly integrated the upper apartment structure with the flanking townhouse structure cost-effectiveness and rapid construction. The Leon Avenue Apartments added 127 rental apartments and townhouses to Kelowna’s downtown.
