ROV provided structural engineering for this new rental apartment building in Kelowna, BC. The project consists of a 1-storey concrete podium with 4-storeys of light-frame timber apartments above. ROV provided a simple and cost-effective design that was easily coordinated with the design team and implemented by the construction team. Anagram Pacific provides 31 rental apartments in Kelowna’s Landmark District.
