We provided full structural engineering services for a new four-storey, 38-unit building in Vernon, totaling more than 33,000 square feet. This project delivers much-needed affordable housing with a focus on safety, accessibility, and long-term durability.
The units have been thoughtfully planned to support Indigenous Elders, individuals with accessibility challenges, and families living off-reserve. The site is ideally located within walking distance of everyday amenities, recreational activities, a grocery store, and other commercial services, offering residents both comfort and convenience.
