ROV provided full structural engineering for Sole KLO, a 5 storey condominium building a part of the ‘Sole’ series of developments throughout Kelowna. The Sole building in KLO comprises approximately 40 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses.
Our engineering design focused on structural durability, occupant comfort, and acoustic performance, incorporating noise-reducing construction and enhanced insulation to create a resilient and comfortable living environment.
Within walking distance of Pandosy Village, residents enjoy convenient access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and fitness options, as well as nearby trails, parks, and beaches for recreation and outdoor activities.
