ROV Consulting Inc. served as the Structural Engineer of Record for the Landmark 7 project, a prominent mixed-use commercial development forming part of Kelowna’s Landmark District. ROV was responsible for the full structural design, working closely with the architect and development team to deliver a robust, efficient, and constructible structural system tailored to the project’s architectural intent, functional requirements, and site constraints.

The scope of ROV’s involvement included the design of the primary gravity and lateral force-resisting systems, foundations, and coordination with architectural, civil, and mechanical disciplines throughout design and construction. The project was delivered in compliance with applicable BC Building Code requirements and local authority standards, with a strong emphasis on durability, constructability, and long-term performance. ROV also provided construction-phase services, including review of shop drawings and field reviews, to support successful execution and ensure the structural design intent was achieved on site.
