ROV Consulting provided full structural engineering services for the safe lifting and permanent suspension of a Cessna 172 aircraft within the atrium of Okanagan College’s Trades Building.
The work included analysis of aircraft loads and load paths, design of lifting points and rigging, verification of building capacity for both temporary and long-term loads, and preparation of engineered lift procedures to guide safe hoisting and installation.
