Ian Cumming

Ian is a structural engineer who works directly with the E.I.T.’s, drafters, and other colleagues. He collaborates with clients and incorporates their feedback during the design phase to allow construction to proceed smoothly.

He specializes in the design of residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. Before starting his engineering career, he gained valuable experience working in the field building water reservoirs throughout the Okanagan Valley.

• 2010- Engineering Design and Drafting Technology Diploma, Thompson Rivers University
• 2016- B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering, University of British Columbia Okanagan
• 2021 P.Eng. registered with the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia

When he is off work, you can find him doing:

A wide variety of outdoor activities throughout the year. During the winter, he enjoys downhill, backcountry and cross-country skiing. In the warmer months, he likes to find a nice quiet camping spot where he can sit in a river with his fishing gear, accompanied by his Newfoundland dog.
