We provided full structural engineering services for M&M Performance in Kelowna, a 20,000 sq. ft. precast concrete commercial facility designed to support both heavy-duty operations and modern workplace needs. The building features concrete tilt-up walls, a structural steel roof system, and a concrete-topped mezzanine engineered for durability and strength.
Key engineering considerations included designing safe and efficient layouts for the full-service shop, ensuring the structure could safely integrate overhead air reels, ventilation, and specialty systems. We also designed structural upgrades to the showroom offices to support product storage and display above.
