ROV Engineering provided full structural engineering services for a multi-phase townhouse development on Academy Way, near the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Each phase was designed using conventional light wood-frame construction supported by reinforced concrete foundations, optimizing material efficiency and buildability across the sloped site.
The project features a series of three-bedroom homes with unique floor plans that maximize livable space and value. Our structural design balanced cost-effectiveness with performance and durability, supporting a community that complements the growing UBCO area.
