ROV provided structural engineering for this new rental apartment building in Kelowna, BC. The project consists of a 1-storey concrete podium with 5-storeys of hybrid light-frame timber and steel-frame apartments above. ROV accommodated significant differences in floor layout between levels using steel transfer frames which were incorporated into the architectural detailing of the project. Anagram Pacific provides 58 rental apartments in Kelowna’s downtown.
